Part one

CNC router machine:

For panel cutting,drilling,irregular shape processing.
The cnc cutting machine is the first process in the production and is responsible for cutting the raw material according to the dimensions and requirements provided by the order allocation software. CNC cutting machines are typically connected to a computer numerical control (CNC) system to automate cutting operations by entering production instructions generated by order splitting software. The cutting machine can quickly and accurately cut the base material into the required plate through high-speed cutting. The connection between the cutting machine and the order splitting software can realize the efficient integration of production requirements and automatic cutting.

Part two

Automatic Edge banding machine.

All kinds function can be chosed: pre-mill, glue, end trimming, rough trimming, fine trimming, corner tracking, grooving, scrapping, buffing, According to panel requirement different, choose the machine model.
The edge bander machine is mainly used to add edge banding strips on the edge of the board to enhance the aesthetics and durability of the panel.

Part three

CNC drilling machine

Can choose cnc six side drilling machine or side drilling.

The six-side drilling machine is a device used to pre-drill holes in the plate for subsequent hardware fittings installation.

Cnc six side drilling machine one time can processing complete panel 6-side drilling & 6-side grooving, and 4 sides slotting or Lamello works.Minimum processing size for the plate is 40*180mm The six-side drilling machine is a device used to pre-drill holes in the plate for subsequent hardware fittings installation.

High efficiency and high productivity:

100 sheets can be processed in 8 hours per day with six-sided drilling and grooving.
