1.upper pot can add “Quick sol device”,but lower pot cannot add it.
Add the Quick sol device,heat glue only need 5 minute ,if no this device,heat glue need about 30-40 minute.

2.The upper pot can be change into PUR pot.lower pot cannot do it.
3.for upper pot,the glue from top to bottom,not go back to the pot again,so not heat the glue repeatedly, which will cause the glue to oxidize and become yellow, and the sealed glue line will be more perfect.
4.the top pot more save glue.
5.Easy to maintain and clean: The structure of the upper gluing pot is relatively simple, easy to maintain and clean, and it is convenient to replace the glue.if you need to change the glue color,need to clean the glue pot,for top pot,more easy to clean it.add the Cleaning solvent ,human working clean the pot,the residual glue will flow out of the glue guide.
Lower pot.
The bottom pot bigger than the top pot.so can add more glue,suitable for large glue production.but the glue from bottom to top,the glue will come back into the pot .And easy make the dust come into the pot.make the glue in the pot become yellow .

In the past, most edge banding machines used lower glue pots, but overseas customers may prefer upper glue pots.
